    A global FX strategic business plan which identified 25 international target markets, operational and regulatory complexities and developed a business case for the bank’s single dealer FX and OTC FinTech platform.  

    Leading US Private Bank
    Led and assessed the bank’s end-to-end Wealth Management operating model from client onboarding to trade settlement in determining competitive differentiators and non-value-added activities.
